Friendly People

When you arrive at our church on a Sunday morning, you’ll be greeted by our parking lot attendants, and then again by a person handing out bulletins. One of our ushers will help you find a seat. You’ll notice the church is probably a flurry of activity, that is because the atmosphere among our people is that of a big family. We love to chat, build strong relationships, and make folks feel welcome.

When people in the church are celebrating, we celebrate together – whether it’s an anniversary, a baby / wedding shower, weddings, or other life events.

When people in the church are struggling, whether it be some traumatic event, death in the family, or other difficult situation, we bear each other’s burdens. Church members typically help through things like meals or a visit, offering gifts of money, or simply praying for one another or offering other spiritual and emotional support.

We understand that the Church is supposed to unified and working together as the body of Christ. We strive to follow the Scriptures when they instruct: “Bear one another’s burdens, and thereby fulfill the law of Christ.” (Gal.6:2); “A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, even as I have loved you, that you also love one another.” (John 13:34)
