Good Morning. Due to inclement weather and road safety conditions, our worship services at 9 and 11 are cancelled this morning.
Sunday Worship Cancelled Today
Due to COVID-19 and the directives from our government, Pastor Patrick has cancelled today’s Worship Service – March 22. We encourage you to pray for each other, to read your bible and tune into 101.1 CVCR for christian programming and encouragement.
Ladies Retreat 2020 Postponed
Due to this COVID19 crisis and the restrictions on public gatherings, we regret that our Ladies Retreat 2020 must be postponed. We have rescheduled it for April 17, 2021. In the meantime, please stay home, stay safe!
Ladies Retreat – April 18th
Joy For The Journey is a Ladies Retreat at Aylesford Baptist Church taking place April 18th, 9am – 4pm. Enjoy fellowship in worship, special music, group discussions, testimony and a guest speaker. We provide a hot meal at noon. Interdenominational and intercultural! All Ladies Welcome! Cost is $25. Registration Deadline April 9th.

Youth Group Cancelled Tonight
Rev. Dan Pyke, Director of Youth & Family, Canadian Baptists of Atlantic Canada, will visit our area as part of an Atlantic Canada Road Trip. Do you work with youth? Are you involved in youth ministry at your church? Rev. Pyke wants to hear from you and open a discussion – what works, what doesn’t, challenges, opportunities, and blessings. Start the conversation! Storm Cancellation
Due to the impending ice storm, Sunday Worship Service is cancelled this morning (January 12th). Pastor Patrick encourages us to take this time to read the bible and meditate on it, to sing, pray and worship God in our homes. Stay safe everyone!

Bells of Peace – November 11, 5pm
This Remembrance Day, we remember the great cost and sacrifice that war has exacted on so many men and women. We particularly remember the First World War. On November 11, 1918, church bells in communities across Canada broke out spontaneously in ringing upon hearing the news that the Great War had finally ended in victory. Now, one hundred years later, churches across Canada are partnering with the Royal Canadian Legion to have those bells ring again. Aylesford Baptist is one of those churches.
On Sunday, November 11, 2018 at 5:00 pm, Aylesford Baptist Church will join other churches in the Valley, the Maritimes, and across Canada in the ringing of our bells. At 5:00 pm, we will ring our bells one hundred times to mark the one hundred years that have passed since the cessation of hostilities that ended World War I. We invite you to be present for this time of remembrance and prayer, as we stand in silence outside the church, remember the cost of our freedom, and pray to God for His hand to be upon the nations as we anxiously await the coming of the Prince of Peace.
